In charge of Sell In/Through/Out, Customer Management & Sales Planning in the assigned region of North region.
1. SALES
− Set targets, monitor and push sell-in, sell-out & sell-through quarterly/monthly to achieve the sales target
− Manage Local Sales Representative team to maximize sales revenue
2. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
− Build & maintain a strong relationship with existing customers and enhance the network expansion of key shops
− Implement & monitor
trade marketing activities at Retailer deploy & improve E-Warranty quantity
− Follow up Account receivable from customers
3. SALES PLANNING
− Analyze OPSI/HIS/Display share of AVMs to improve sell-thru/out & display status
− Plan & track flooring scheme of new models, display & sell-out status of new models
− Consolidate the data from the Local Sales Representative incentive of the assigned region
All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
1. Education background:
− Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Commercial or related majors
2. Working experience:
− At least 3-year of working experience in GT Sales or related position
− Having experience in Home Appliance or Consumer Electronics product is preferred
3. Skills:
− Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
− Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
− Excellent presentation & negotiation skills
− Proficiency in data analysis and customer relationship management.
4. Others:
− Result-oriented
− Ability to work under high pressure.
