Art director

Hello, we are seeking a highly creative and motivated Art Director to join us at XYZ SAIGON - a boutique creative agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for good ideas and a proven track record of creating visually stunning and impactful advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute advertising concepts, strategies, and visual designs
· Lead and inspire junior art staff to deliver high-quality, innovative, and effective design solutions
· Conceptualize and design print, digital, and multimedia advertising materials
· Present and defend creative work to internal teams and clients
· Supervise the production process to deliver the ad material at its finest
· Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
· Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
· Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency.
· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print, digital, and multimedia
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to think creatively and come up with unique, impactful design solutions
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
