Location: 06 Phung Khac Khoan Street, Sai Gon ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Department: Accounting Department
Reporting to: Accountant Intern
Working time: Monday to Friday (morning: 8:00 to 12:00; afternoon: 13:30 to 17:30)
General Description
This position is responsible for supporting the Accounting Department to daily and relevant info on a
timely manner.
Assist with the day-to-day tasks in the department such as:
Review monthly bank reconciliations.
Review and agree receivable aging to general ledger monthly for Primary Government and Component Units.
Review all balances monthly.
Work with accounting team to ensure that trial balances are in balance on a monthly basis.
Validates data, daily, through cooperation from team members and regular spot checks.
Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks, as required.

Current undergraduate students at Senior level with studies in the areas of Accounting or Finance.
