1. Brand Planning & Execution
• Support brand strategy implementation, campaigns and product launches in line with local and global direction
• Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging and execution across all channels
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver assigned projects on time
2. Digital, PR & Social Management (Key Focus)
• Manage and coordinate digital and social channels, including social media platforms, brand website and online content
• Develop and execute content plans aligned with brand strategy, campaigns and consumer journey
• Coordinate KOL/KOC and PR activities, including influencer collaboration, product seeding and media-related initiatives
• Work closely with creative, digital and PR agencies to manage timelines, deliverables and content quality
• Ensure all digital, influencer and PR communication strictly follows brand guidelines, approved claims and derma/medical brand standards
• Track execution progress and performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement
3. Consumer & Market Insight
• Support analysis of consumer insights, market trends and competitor activities, especially within derma / medical skincare
• Build understanding of sensitive skin consumers and trust-based communication
• Translate insights into relevant execution ideas and content direction
4. Creative & Execution Support
• Contribute ideas for digital content, campaigns and communication formats
• Support development of marketing materials and communication toolkits
• Ensure creativity is practical, executable and aligned with brand DNA
5. Cross-functional & Operational Support
• Work closely with Sales,
Trade Marketing, Training and Medical teams to ensure alignment
• Support budget tracking, reporting, forecasting and administrative tasks
• Assist in preparing presentations and internal documentation
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields
• 2 - 4 years of experience in
Brand Marketing, preferably in skincare, beauty, FMCG or derma brands
Functional Skills
• Good understanding of
digital marketing, social content and online communication
• Experience or exposure to KOL/KOC, PR and website/content management
• Strong execution and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and tight timelines
