I. Role Objective:
• The ABM is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing marketing activities across brands within the company ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams and advertising partners to support revenue growth, brand building, and campaign performance optimization.
• Reports directly to the CEO and proactively proposes actions based on real data.
II. Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Campaign Planning
- Develop monthly/quarterly marketing plans for the assigned brand.
- Build campaign plans aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
- Propose campaign concepts, messaging, activation, and launch plans.
2. Brand Growth Support
- Drive revenue for the assigned brand to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Track sales growth contribution, lead growth, and new customer acquisition metrics.
- Report and propose specific actions to the CEO weekly/monthly.
3. Campaign Performance
- Collaborate with Media Exec, Design, Video team, and Ads agency to ensure on-time delivery, correct brief, and quality execution.
- Monitor campaign metrics: CPL/CAC, ROAS, ROI, and Conversion Rate.
- Propose content, messaging, and funnel optimizations based on real data.
4. Team Coordination & Planning
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (Media Exec, Design, Video, Ads agency) - ensure on-brief and on-deadline delivery.
- Manage the full campaign pipeline and deadline oversight.
- Improve monthly plan quality: insight depth, specificity, and feasibility.
- Coordination and follow-up assessed by CEO/team.
5. Growth Initiatives
- Propose at least 1-2 new initiatives per quarter: campaign idea, growth idea, or optimization idea.
- Proactively research trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to recommend new directions.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications).
• Experience: 4-7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles. Preferred: beauty, skincare, retail, or FMCG. Must have led or coordinated real campaigns.
• Knowledge: Understands digital funnel (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, SEO). Can read basic CAC/ROAS; proficient in GA4 and Meta Business Suite.
• Skills: Multi-team project management and coordination. Presentation, data analysis, and brief-writing skills. Business mindset and ownership mentality.
• IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiar with ads platform and analytics tools.
• Language: Good English (reading, report writing, working with international agencies).
• Mindset: Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. Proactive in proposing solutions without being prompted.
• Character: Integrity, Pioneering spirit, Discipline, Ownership, and Proactiveness.
• Gender / Age: Male/Female, 25+ years old and above.
• Other: Experience in beauty retail or cosmetics/spa is a significant advantage.
