• At least 2 years in
Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods
• Experience with male-driven brands is a plus
• High interest to explore key trends shaping male grooming category
• Strong brand fundamentals and familiarity with business & brand metrics to extract implications and insights
• Demonstrated capability in IMC campaign planning & execution. Proven track record in project management, handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.
• Soft skills: quick learning, proactive attitude, agility, cross-functional teamwork in fast-paced environments, strong communication skills in Vietnamese & English.
