INTEGRATED BUSINESS & BRAND PLANNING
• Develop and implement integrated business and brand plans aligned with company priorities
• Translate consumer insights and market data into actionable strategies that unlock growth opportunities
BRAND EQUITY BUILDING
• Lead development and deployment of integrated communication campaigns across all touchpoints (TV, digital, social, consumers promotion and trade channels).
• Ensure brand consistency and a seamless consumer experience across all platforms
• Track KPIs and campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and propose recommendation action plans
INNOVATION AND PRODUCT LAUNCH
• Manage end-to-end innovation projects from ideation generation to execution
• Partner closely with R&D and Supply Chain to ensure timely readiness and flawless market activation
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
• Coordinate with sales, trade, R&D, supply chain, finance, and external agencies to deliver projects seamlessly
• Influence stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve challenges, and accelerate execution
BUDGET & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
• Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and compliance with company systems
• Manage operational tasks including paperwork, reporting and other company initiatives
• Support other assigned tasks by team;
Yêu cầu
• At least 2 years in
Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods
• Experience with male-driven brands is a plus
• High interest to explore key trends shaping male grooming category
• Strong brand fundamentals and familiarity with business & brand metrics to extract implications and insights
• Demonstrated capability in IMC campaign planning & execution. Proven track record in project management, handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.
• Soft skills: quick learning, proactive attitude, agility, cross-functional teamwork in fast-paced environments, strong communication skills in Vietnamese & English.
