• Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans for Wonderfarm products.
• Deliver brand performance KPIs through effective execution of marketing plans and initiatives.
• Support development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and activation programs across channels.
• Execute new product development and product relaunch projects in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of brand initiatives.
• Track brand performance metrics and prepare reports to support performance review and optimization.
• Manage marketing assets, materials, and internal presentations.
• Track and control marketing budgets to ensure effective spending.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
• Understanding of brand management fundamentals, consumer insights, and integrated marketing execution. Basic knowledge of product development, activation programs, and marketing performance tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• High sense of responsibility, learning agility, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines with good follow-through and execution discipline.
• Creative mindset with a passion for brand development and consumer engagement.
• Fluency in English
