Assistant Buyer (Less Than 1 Year Experience)

1. Supplier scouting
o Finding potential new suppliers, collecting available information on factories
o Monitoring supplier onboarding to our Vendor Management System (VMS)
2. Tracking of raw material prices, informing the team in case of significant changes
3. Management of BSCI audits of suppliers
o Onboarding new suppliers to BSCI
o Booking of audits
o Uploading and distributing audit reports
o Follow-up of improvement measures together with the inspection teams in Shanghai and HCMC
4. Support the purchasing team
o Collecting and sending product samples and documents
o Creating cost comparisons and other analyses
o Creating purchase orders, maintain order confirmations
o Travel Scheduling
5. Support the analytics team
o Extracting data from ERP and controlling systems
o Consolidating and cleaning data extracts
o Creating standard reports and customized analyses
6. Participate in internal projects
7. Data maintenance
o Updating prices, payment terms, and other master data in ERP system
o Updating information in VMS, including follow-up with suppliers
