OVERVIEW OF POSITION
The Assistant Cage Manager supports the Finance &
Accounting Manager in overseeing daily Cage operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and high standards of customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily Operations Management & Supervision
• Conduct routine and random operational checks.
• Monitor cash control, fund balances, and shift handovers.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
2. Customer Service & Communication
• Supervise customer service standards at the Cage.
• Support customer inquiries and resolve service issues.
• Manage customer feedback and maintain service quality.
3. SOP & Policy Management
• Review, update, and implement Cage SOPs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Monitor SOP adherence and communicate regulatory updates.
4. Personnel Management & Training
• Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and operational training.
• Evaluate staff performance and support employee development.
• Monitor discipline, teamwork, and compliance with AML and internal policies.
5. Reporting & Coordination
• Monitor and report high-value or unusual transactions.
• Handle incident reporting and support audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational compliance.
• Prepare management reports and perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cage operations within the E-gaming or casino industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of Cage operations, internal control procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory policies.
• Proficient in POS and Cage management systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
• Good command of English (both written and verbal).
