Assistant Food & Beverage Manager | Phó Quản lý Bộ phận Ẩm thực

Support the F&B Manager in managing the daily operations of assigned restaurants, bars and F&B outlets.
Supervise and guide F&B hosts during service to ensure smooth, efficient and professional service delivery.
Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure the team is well informed of guest preferences, VIPs, special requests and operational updates.
Ensure compliance with Six Senses brand standards, LQA requirements, service procedures, food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest requests, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Support team training, coaching and performance development through regular briefings and on-the-job training.
Monitor the cleanliness, setup and overall readiness of F&B outlets and report operational or maintenance issues when required.
Support cost control, inventory, OSE management and the reduction of wastage and breakages.
Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless guest experience.
Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, professionalism and compliance with company policies and Six Senses standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
