*Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding of new hires.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Assist with performance management, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and engage in HR projects and initiatives as required.

*Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office; experience with Cadena systems is a plus.
