In today's dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Customer Development team at Colgate-Palmolive (Vietnam). Our highly energetic and focused Customer Team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this ever-changing landscape.
As the Assistant Key Account Manager in Colgate-Palmolive (Vietnam), what you will do
- Have directional responsibility to achieve sales objectives through excellent 5Ps execution at store level to deliver continuous profitable growth
- Develop and support partnership between Colgate and customers by joint business planning and Category management partnership with assigned accounts
- Comply in store management strategies with 5Ps executions to sustain excellent in store visibility including optimal inventory stock, availability of products in each retail environment and new product introduction
- Provide coaching and feedback to in-store staff (merchandisers/ PGs) and ensure that they are trained and updated on new products, promotions, and merchandising objectives
