* Learning and DevelopmentMake the competence model for each position.
- Measure and monitor competence model of each associate.
- Make the training and development plan for associates base on career path plan and current abilility.
- Make and control training plan, including mandatory training, skill training,..
- Implement training activity as the direction from Marriott.
- Implement development activity for associate.
- Organize the workshop/ seminar for associate.
- Manage and control the learning data on system.
- Make weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly training reports.
* Culture and Engagement
- Make plan for culture activity, engagement activity by annually.
- Implement according approved culture plan.
* Other
- Other tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
- Attend training courses as required.
- Attend meeting as required.
Yêu cầu
- English with the ability to communicate clearly in the local dialect.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations.
- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate.
- Good Microsoft Office skills required.
- Motivating, developing and directing people as they work.
- Inspire and motivate associates during training.
- At least 2 years work at relative experience.
