Assistant Manager Academics Coordinator is one of the most important position in GPA branch in HCMC. This position will implement recruitment and teachers management; curriculum and training program control; supporting in teaching and training quality management of GPA which includes English and skill training courses,... Assistant Manager Academics Coordinator recommend and implement activities in order to improve training program quality.
Mission and Responsibility (44 hours / week)
1. Curriculum and training program management (40%)
• Receiving and updating training program of language center and skill camp of GPA.
• Responsible for curriculum system, English and skills teaching and training program (includes syllabus, teachers and students books, CDs, tests and documents related to courses).
• Recommend / support in changing teaching content (if necessary)
2. Teachers recruitment and management (40%)
• Recruiting and training teachers resources for Branch and the whole company (Vietnamese and Foreigners)
• Responsible for recruitment, supporting academic department in teachers' evaluation of language centers
• Arrange working and teaching schedule
• Managing teaching contract and doing the salary payment for teachers monthly.
• Receiving training program and joining in mentoring teachers for each course.
• Having periodic and unexpected evaluation for teaching quality as necessary.
• Regular exchanging with teachers to monitor the process of teaching and class & quality running to report to the management then providing solutions.
• Supporting in control the class to ensure training quality of the branch.
• Coordinating teachers to suit each class in each period as necessary, including cases substitute teacher arranged irregularly.
3. General responsibility (20%)
• Actively coordinating with other departments within the company.
• Promoting and introducing products and services of the Company at all times and wherever appropriate.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the director of the branch.
