Lease Negotiation and relevant contract review
Lead the lease negotiations contract with landlords and property owners to secure favorable terms and conditions for new restaurant locations.Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to develop a clear vision and concept for each new restaurant.
Create detailed design plans and construction schedules.
Develop and manage budgets for the interior design and construction phases.
Ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
Ensure that all interior designs and construction adhere to local building codes and regulations.
Maintain high-quality standards for the design, materials, and construction processes to ensure they align with the brand's image and standards.
Work closely with culinary teams, project managers, and marketing departments to ensure that the interior design supports the overall restaurant concept and brand image
Prioritize safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all construction workers and staff.
Implement sustainable and energy-efficient design and construction practices where possible.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that design and construction meet the company's quality standards.
Evaluate the performance of the interior design and construction after the restaurant's opening, making necessary adjustments for future projects.
