Mô tả công việc

- Working for THE PRIVÉ SPA - Luxury Nails & Spa Boutique, District 1 branch. ([protected info])
- Take good care of customers and ensure that all services provided meet higher than expected five-star quality standards.
- Handle payments from Guests, track and report all transactions.
- Respond to reservations on phone, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook, IG and email.
- Keep stock report up to date.
- Preserve machines, equipment and tools.
- Assist the Manager in managing all aspects of the salon.

Yêu cầu

- Have experience in Customer Service or relative roles.
- Having knowledge of spa, nails services and products is preferable.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese or French is a plus.
- Being able to do basic paperwork and basic Microsoft software knowledge.
- Good organizational skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Working full time from 9am to 9pm (can leave at 8pm if there is no late appointment).
