Job duties:
- Assisting the OM in the all areas such as hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating...
- Reporting to the OM all the matters during his the absence.
- Maintaining all company's safety, security, policy and procedures.
- Supervising and coordinating in all daily operation activities.
- Building loyalty and connection between clients and the club.
- Improving and creating the club's service to ensure member's satisfaction.
- Providing observation, supporting, training to develop team to reach common goals.
