Position Summary: The Assistant Maintenance & Facility Manager supports the overall management of the maintenance, facilities, and environmental services (EVS) at the casino. This role involves assisting in the leadership and coordination of operations across these areas to ensure the physical and aesthetic standards of the casino are maintained. The position requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance, facilities, and EVS teams, ensuring efficient functioning of all systems and cleanliness standards.
Help develop and implement maintenance and cleaning schedules, and ensure compliance with these schedules across all departments.
Support the Maintenance & Facility Manager in managing budgets, including tracking expenses and proposing cost-effective solutions in maintenance and environmental services.
Coordinate with the EVS Supervisor to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met in all areas of the casino.
Participate in facility inspections and maintenance checks, identifying and addressing issues promptly to prevent operational disruptions.
Assist in managing external contractors and service providers, ensuring that all work is performed according to contractual commitments and safety standards.
Contribute to staff training and development in best practices for maintenance, facility management, and environmental services.
Provide backup and support to the Maintenance & Facility Manager, stepping in as needed to lead teams or projects.
Maintain records of maintenance and cleaning activities, providing reports and feedback to improve operations.
Ensure all facility and EVS activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Yêu cầu
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in facility management or maintenance, with additional experience in environmental services preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise teams in a multi-functional area.
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems, and familiarity with cleaning and sanitation standards.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
