• Check document s & AVICAD for candidates of Banca Inhouse & Partners
• Prepare Candidate List for training course and sent to Training Department
Lyfe Cycle Movement of Agent (LCM):
• Appointment: Collect and verify candidate documents as requirement, check AVICAD for eligible candidates , create code on system for eligible candidates
• Movement after appointment: termination, promote/demote
• Collect and restore documents as requirement
• Upload and update information agent on AVICAD
• Update to Partner/
Sales Manager about Agent of LCM
Report:
• Report following ACK
• Collect and update Customer Referral report from Agency leader of Banca Inhouse and sen t to partner.
• Collect and update K2 report from Agency leader of Banca Inhouse
• Extract data and update Daily Banca Activities Tracking Report to Sales Manager
System:
• Set up welcome email & account email for new partner
• Testing structure and LCM for new partner
• Support to create test cases (if any)
