Research, commission, and validate new equipment or modify existing equipment to prototype new electrode manufacturing methods and formats.
Analyze production to increase manufacturing uptime, availability, and reliability metrics-yield, OEE, cycle time, quality and investigate bottlenecks to identify root cause and countermeasure to maximize throughput.
Conduct a root cause analysis through process and equipment expertise, correlate with upstream/downstream processes.
Troubleshoot and recover processes by PLC, HMI, or tool management software, and implement changes/improvements.
Manage the documentation including machine and process specifications, drawings, BOM, spare parts, PFMEA, control plan, process flow chart.
Assist in all industrialization activities, providing guidance and instruction to electrode manufacturing process.
Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends from technical reports and documentation
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
BSc in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
8+ years' relevant experience in process engineering.
Experienced in Advance Energy Solution industry, especially electrode process.
Experience with cell line product team set up, can enhance team cohesion and employee enthusiasm.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast faced environment.
