Assistant Project Manager

- Overall Project management in project planning and work implementation in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

- Monitor and control project budgeting, ensure the construction/ Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) works are kept within schedule and approved budget.

- Put up Approval Paper for Management's approval to appoint consultants/ contractors following the Company' SOP.

- Supervise and inspect the construction/ AEI works constructed as per specified quality.

- Manage the site construction works and AEI works and documentation efficiently and comply with the requirements pertaining to the Quality Management System.

- Chair the meetings with consultants, contractors and property manager to ensure the works are coordinated on site properly.

- Manage and review design proposals submitted by the designers, review and approve shop drawings/ method statement submitted by the contractors to carry out the construction/ AEI works in accordance with the specification and authority requirement if any.

- Advise on authority requirements in project management.

- Update Management on the progress of the construction works.

- Coordinate with various departments (Cost & Contract, Design Management, Finance, etc.) to make technical decision pertaining to the department concerned.

- Prepare payment documents to the consultants/ contractors

- Upon completion of works, prepare final account and liquidation contract.

- Any such other matters as instructed by Management from time to time
