Overall purpose
- Assist in an accurate and timely manner on matters pertaining to contracts management, including but not limited to project expenditure, tendering process, cost estimation and analyses, monitoring and co-ordination of claims and/or variation submissions;
- Procurement management.
Key Responsibilities
1/ Contracts administration & management
- Taking-off quantities, making BOQ, calling tender, making price comparison
- Drafting construction/consultancy contracts
- Making construction budget for the project
- Doing site re-measurement, making payment certificate to contractors
- Obtaining quotes and material prices to evaluate variation works
- Making monthly cost plan based on construction progress
- Any other works as and when assigned by supervisor
2/ Procurement management
- Handle procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating materials in accordance with specification
- Obtain relevant quotation/catalogues from suppliers, co-ordinate with site personnel, monitor material requisition, prepare price comparison/quotation summary and obtain management's/ authorized people's approval before proceeding with procurement activities, prepare
purchasing contracts.
- Control and update all documents and record systems as well as market pricing databases
3/ Any other ad hoc matters as and when assigned by supervisor
- At least 7 years of experience with similar role in foreign real estate/construction company
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer
