Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for the overall quality control aspects of raw materials, in-process and finished products. Set quality standards and ensure compliance.
• Work closely with Product Industrialization and Production units to ensure factories production and delivery as per scheduled
• Support to lead and manage the Quality Department to work efficiency & cost effectively to support for Amer Sports companies quality objective.
• Define & initiate action plan to support the quality strategy & objective established.
• Support Manager to Set up Quality System, Monitor & ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of operation system.
• Production Work In Process (WIP) management and problem solving
• Resource Management: Cope with Amer Sports companies business strategies, including to plan, evaluate and determine long & short term manpower & other resources need; and to take appropriate action regarding staffing, training & development and introduction of equipment & tools.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 8 years or above experience in quality area, preferably in Bags or related industry
• Sold experience in vendor qualification - Procurement Quality Assurance
• Formal training on ISO 9000 Quality System Auditor preferred
• Formal Six Sigma training preferred (with at least Green Belt Certificate)
• Fluent in English
• Good Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skill.
• Good Computer skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook, SPC Tools
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quality & Production Engineer.
