Assistant Restaurant Manager - Trợ lý Quản lý Nhà hàng

- Manages daily restaurant operations, maintaining sanitation standard and assisting serves and hostess on the floor during peak meal periods.
- Enhancing and maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
- To assist Food & Beverage Manager to estimating, controlling and maintaining the Food and Beverage budget, maximizing revenues and lowering cost.
- Consistently review operations and staff to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Handle all related guest complaints, request and enquire on department service
- Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills, or monitor bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Point of sale (POS) software, inventory software, outlet guest satisfactory tracking software.
- Collaborate with Sale and Marketing team to provide input and ideas for promotion and events
- Ensure all procedures are executed correctly.
