Mô tả công việc
1) OUTLET OPERATION
Assist to supervise restaurant and all related areas in the absence of Restaurant Manager.
Direct report to Restaurant Manager about all activities in the restaurant.
Prepare summary daily/weekly/monthly report to management team.
Assist to conduct departmental daily briefings to ensure that all pertinent information is
well received by team members.
Assist to conduct departmental daily briefings to ensure that all pertinent information is
well received by team members. Assist to supervise team members to ensure that all tasks assigned/required in the outlet are carried out on time and according to instruction and departmental standards.
Assist to build a good relationship with guests or regular patrons. Try to remember
individual patron's names and their preferences to extend a personalized service.
Assist to handle guests' complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.
Assist to handle all administration work pertaining to cashier/bar operation requirement
and company's policies.
Assist to maintain department communication logbook and updated notice board.
Assist to check the supply of equipment/stock level and ensure that there is no shortage of
items which have impact on the operation and guests.
Assist to check the outlet/back of the house cleanliness to ensure that it is in compliant
with F&B sanitation and hygiene rules and regulations.
Assist to maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, contents &
preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features.
Assist to ensure that health, safety and security procedures are in place in the outlet.
Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
Perform proper handover and communication to the next shift.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Assist to interview, select and recruit outlet ambassadors.
Assist to identify and develop team members with potential.
Assist to conduct performance review with the team.
Assist to constantly monitor team members' appearance, attitude and degree of
professionalism.
Assist to develop, conduct maintain all Ambassador training programs for team members,
focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the
changing needs of the business.
Assist to prepare weekly Ambassadors schedules keeping in mind anticipated business,
operating budgets and standards of service.
Assist to prepare payroll and gratuity reports.
Assist to conduct monthly departmental meetings to provide information to team
members, obtain their feedback, rectify operation issues and provide a regular forum for
department communication him.

Yêu cầu
- Preferably with Diploma in Hospitality related studies, or with Certificate in F&B Operations/ F&B Supervision/ F&B Management.
- At least 2 years of experience at the same position
- Passion for excellent customer service and highly organized.
- Able to lead a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Possess good skills and experience in SOP and training SOP.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English skills: upper
