* Sales Planning & Management Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide reports to management.
* Client Management & Market Development:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key and strategic accounts.
- Identify, approach, and develop new clients in assigned segments (Corporate, MICE, Travel Trade, OTA, Groups, High-end FIT).
* Sales Team Support:
- Guide and support
Sales Executives in sales activities, negotiations, and client presentations.
- Review reports and assess the performance of team members.
* Customer Service & Problem Resolution:
- Handle client complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure resort service standards meet or exceed client expectations.
* Coordination & Reporting:
- Work closely with other departments to fulfill client requirements.
- Prepare regular or ad-hoc reports on sales activities, market updates, and client status.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Executive or equivalent role in a 4-5 star hotel/resort.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with PMS/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work under high pressure.
