We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Assistant to Deputy General Director to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
Main responsibilities:
- Assist the Deputy Vice President in managing and operating the company's business activities (International Business)
- On behalf of the Deputy General Director to handle authorized affairs
- Give advice and support to the Vice General Director on the strategy of developing international business segments and relevant segments.
- Manage, control, and monitor commercial contracts.
- Participate in customer/partner meetings in case of need.
- Prepare documents, organize and follow up meetings between the Deputy General Director and the partner, departments, record the meeting minutes
- Convey the information of the Deputy General Director to the departments/units/branches and receive feedback
- Participate in domestic and international tasks with the international business team when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply chain, Logistics, International trade, Economics, or related fields.
- Preferably having experience in commerce and business
- Fluent in both English and Russian with proficiency in four skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
- Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exhibits strong time and task management abilities
- Good at Microsoft office.
