Objectives:
• Supporting expatriate member of SMBC for B@W project and Partnership development, hereafter referred to as the Group, to be working efficiently and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collects and coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in technical reports and presentations; performs independent research and prepares information for special projects as assigned
• Prepare periodical reports, announcements, circulars, minutes / summary of the meetings above and other corporate documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between the Group and executives, internal management, and employees, and business partners as required.
• Participate and provide proactive leading actions in relevant projects or initiatives which are assigned by the expatriate member of SMBC.
• Translate company documents such as Annual / monthly Reports and Circulars, meeting materials, papers as well as minutes from Vietnamese to Japanese / English and vice versa.
• Interpret between Vietnamese and Japanese / English at internal/external meetings for the Group as verbal language support.
• Support in ad hoc assignments assigned independently from the Group as and when needed
Yêu cầu
• Degree holder or above, business administration/ Corporate Governance/ Finance and Banking related discipline or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Good command of Japanese is an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years or above relevant personal assistant experience is highly preferable.
• Good experience in either corporate banking or retail banking will be an advantage.
• Good experience in product development & control in either retail banking or finance company will be an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of Companies Ordinance.
• Organized and able to communicate effectively to all personnel.
• Very high integrity, self-motivated, well-organized, and good interpersonal skill.
• Good ethics, mature, proactive, meticulous, and professional.
• Attention to details, fast pace, effective communication, and organizations skills are must.
• Able to deal with multi-cultural environment.
• Good command in MS applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) or other related tools.
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
