Mô tả công việc
1.Supporting & Assisting:
- Follow all working procedures, the company 's policies, regulations and instruction
- Check, monitor, remind and guide Colleagues to follow the rules, regulations and instruction.
2.Lead the organization, promote challenges and drive growth
- Promote solutions to various problems centered on MD with independence and a sense of ownership.
- Respect and support the other person, but we will not only support but also lead as needed.
3.Solve essential problems
- Organize problems, find bottlenecks, and work with all relevant departments to resolve them
4.Work on both the management side and the practical work side
-Understand, execute, and improve the details of work, not a critic or consultant
- Follow all working procedures, the company 's policies, regulations and instruction

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of experiences in Assistant (Expat)
- Good communication skill (both verbal & written)
- Good command of spoken and written English
-Good command of spoken and written English (intermediate level) and Japanese N3 level is desirable, but as an ability even if don't have official qualifications).
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Flexibility
- Integrity
- Time-management and team - work skills.
- Abilities to use computer
- Never give up mind
- Good communication skill (both verbal & written)
