Mô tả công việc
Arrange work schedule, meeting schedule, travel schedule, organize meetings, take notes, and summarize meeting contents for the President.
Performs a variety of administrative duties of a complex and confidential nature as requested by the President.
Support the office administration tasks of the President's office
Maintain filing system,andprepare President's files for business trips
Communicate information from the President to relevant departments and send direct feedback to the Vice President
Handle logistics for the President's business trips (contacting partners, booking flights, hotels, and visa procedures).
Provide support to the President in internal and external relations as needed
Perform other tasks as assigned by the President
Yêu cầu
Bachelor in Office Administration, Office Secretary, or related fields
2 years of working experience as a Secretary or similar role
Excellent skills in document drafting, Word, and Excel
Good skills in managing records, data, planning, and being proactive
Strong communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Professional demeanor and self-confidence
