Mô tả công việc

Efficiently manage the Section Head's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including visa documents, flights, accommodations, transportation and ensuring seamless itineraries.
Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with the support team/dept coordinator team to coordinate section-wise workshops and events.
Ensure all necessary arrangements for workshops and events are in place, including venue booking, materials, and logistics.
Purchase office supplies as per regulations, ensuring adequate stock levels and compliance with procurement policies.
Perform other administrative and assistant tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretary, Linguistics, or related field
2- 3 years of experience in a similar position or working with expats is preferred.
Good English skills (especially speaking, writing, and listening)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and negotiation skill, team-work spirit, and high sense of responsibility.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and act/ think fast in urgent situations/requests.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
