Providing reliable support to managers, staff, and office visitors.
Handling basic office tasks and monitoring office operations to increase efficiency, quality, and lower costs.
Fulfilling administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, retrieving company data, drafting documents, and answering staff queries.
Planning work travel and itineraries, conferences and events, and helping with various office-related tasks.
Managing day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Being dedicated, hard-working, and having strong attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Having good communication and problem solving skills
