Job Title: Assistant
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our operations in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities:
1/ Accounting:
Handle daily accounting transactions, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payments.
Prepare data & reports for internal use.
Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable records.
Work with external accounting firm for compliance and reporting.
Storing & managing accounting & company docs
2/ Administrative & Assistant Duties:
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Manage office expenses, procurement, and supplier payments.
Maintain company records, contracts, and important documentation.
Support internal coordination between different departments.
Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
3/ Project Coordinator:
Coordinate communication between internal, vendors, and clients.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
Track project budgets, expenses.
4. Personal assistant:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle travel arrangements and logistics.
Assist with correspondence, emails, and document preparation.
Coordinate personal and professional tasks as needed.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting system & MS Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
English proficiency, Vietnam native.
