Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients on media strategy, planning, and performance
Lead development of comprehensive, data-driven media strategies and integrated campaign plans
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns from initial brief and implementation to post-campaign review and analysis
Establish clear campaign KPIs, develop measurement methodologies, and ensure projects are tracked and measured
Work with media partners, vendors, and internal teams to negotiate and plan implementations
Stay current with digital trends and integrate innovative solutions into media plans
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members

Yêu cầu
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital or integrated media planning
Strong background in digital media with a strategic mindset
Solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital platforms
Hands-on experience with advertising technology platforms (ad servers, DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager)
Demonstrated success in a client-facing role
Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and integrate large teams
Experience in coaching, guiding, and developing junior team members
Analytical mindset with a passion for data, insights, and ideation
Ability to set viable objectives, recommend measurement methodologies, and ensure campaigns meet agreed-upon KPIs
Strong background in digital media with a strategic mindset
Solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital platforms
