End-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns across various e-commerce and media platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI
Develop a strong understanding and hands-on execution of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tiki) and media systems (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from setup and execution to optimization and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns by managing bidding, audience targeting, budget pacing, and conversion performance to drive traffic and sales
Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights, and create clear reports and dashboards to inform decision-making
Manage campaign budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring all deliverables are met with high quality and accuracy, especially during peak trading periods

Yêu cầu
A Bachelor's degree in Media & Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing or a related digital media role
Proven expertise in setting up and optimizing campaigns on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and off-platform advertising systems (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Highly organized, proactive, and responsible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A strong interest in e-commerce, a data-driven mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing or a related digital media role
Proven expertise in setting up and optimizing campaigns on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and off-platform advertising systems (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
