Internal relationship:
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies and policies to ensure alignment and collaboration among all departments and employees.
• Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, reports, and other relevant information.
• Organize and facilitate internal events and meetings.
• Handle internal feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
• Promote the company culture, values, and vision.
External relationship:
• Plan and execute external communication campaigns to increase awareness and reputation of VitaDairy in the Dairy industry.
• Organize and manage events, seminars, press conferences, interviews, and other communication activities with external stakeholders such as customers, partners, media, government agencies and the community.
• Design and review promotional and marketing materials such as flyers, banners, videos, websites, and social media.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of external communication campaigns and report results.
• Resolve public issues such as complaints, feedback, disputes, or crises.
Social media management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies and plans to grow our online presence and engagement.
• Create and post relevant, engaging, and creative content on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.
• Manage and moderate the online community by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and trends and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, sales, customer service, etc. to ensure consistency and synergy of social media activities.
Team management:
• Lead, coach, motivate and develop team members.
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members according to their skills and abilities
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within or among team members.
• Recruit, train and retain qualified PR staff.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in public relations, communications, international studies, social sciences, journalism, marketing, business administration, or related major.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the same level in public relations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of managing successful internal and external communication campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Knowledge of traditional and digital media platforms
• Excellent oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service approach and ability to engage, support and work collaboratively with managers and stakeholders at all levels internally and externally in multicultural settings.
• Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong planning, organizational and
project management and commitment to
continuous improvement in work processes, to ensure quality outcomes.
