POSITION: ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER
Work location: Hanoi
A. Purpose of Position
Support promoting the brand assigned in Vietnam market.
Involve in managing marketing activities and sales performance to achieve/exceed team objectives (target, P&L).
Implement business operations and execution in the assigned territory, communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all activities and documentation for the team follow ZPV compliance and company policy in daily practice.
B. Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators
1. Marketing & Sales
Achieve the set performance.
Develop a sharp promotion plan with clear CSF, action plan, and execution timeline.
Understand the market environment, pharma industry, KOLs, customers, and competitors through field visits, research, market intelligence, and analysis tools to develop Brand Plan, Financial Plan, and SFE Plan in the short and medium term.
Ensure brand objectives are achieved within the approved A&P resources by monitoring and analyzing them on a monthly basis in coordination with finance and controlling.
Develop KOLs and build professional relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external).
Manage operations and execution.
Support developing the Brand Plan from strategy to implementation.
Prepare and allocate targets, incentive schemes aligned with brand objectives, and Commercial Solution Sales contests.
Measure results, evaluate, propose, and carry out corrective actions.
2. Working Attitude
Self-motivation and strengthen team spirit with good attitude and behaviors.
Willing to accept related organizational changes if any: new brands, tasks, responsibilities.
Closely cooperate with cross-functional teams (hospital team, business support, IC, HR, BD) to handle business matters and explore business opportunities.
Ready to support Line Managers/Head department on ad-hoc requirements (if any).
Yêu cầu
1. Education & Qualification
University graduate with a Bachelor's degree
Related to pharmaceutical, marketing, or commercial fields are advantages
2. Working Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing position
Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical retail market
3. Skills & Functional Competencies
Good at tracking and managing trade campaigns
Business reporting in English
Product presentation in scientific events (if a doctor or pharmacist)
Generating insights from marketing analysis
Excellent execution
4. Other Skills
