Associate Project Manager (Web Product) - Lương 15 Đến 25Tr

Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as an Associate Project Manager. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional web/software solutions.
Upon joining Homebase, you will assume the following crucial responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of product initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, project plans, risk logs, and status reports;
- Coordinate and facilitate between Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;
- Define project tasks, milestones, and deliverables, and allocate resources appropriately to meet project requirements;
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders, identifying dependencies, and facilitating problem-solving discussions;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices to optimize project delivery;
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
