Social Account Manager focuses on managing client relationships and executing social media campaigns, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets client objectives. The Social Account Manager will also take the lead in growing KOL and influencer networks to enhance campaign reach and brand visibility, working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to optimize results.

Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM - 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive briefs from clients and collaborate with relevant departments (Planning, Creative, Production, Digital Media) to develop comprehensive project plans;
Prepare and provide quotations for project costs and present them persuasively to clients;
Take full responsibility for overseeing the execution process, ensuring projects proceed as planned and deliver optimal results;
Manage and maintain strong client relationships, identifying strategies that meet their needs;
Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring resource allocation and execution;
Estimate and optimize budgets to maximize return on marketing spend;
Coordinate brainstorming and campaign planning with Digital Planners;
Ensure quality deliverables, meet timelines and fulfill KPIs;
Address client queries promptly and effectively;
Maintain clear and organized communication across all departments;
Brief and collaborate with third parties (media, social listening tools, social platforms, communities, research);
Consolidate and present campaign reports to clients;
Oversee and grow the KOLs/Influencers network to support social strategy, ensuring collaborations with KOLs/Influencers align with brand objectives.
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing KOLs/Influencers to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 4 years of agency experience with exposure to various brand categories;
Proficient in English, especially in writing and speaking;
Up-to-date on target audience trends and behaviors;
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills;
Strong problem-solving, time management, and leadership abilities;
Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines;
Creative thinker with regular idea generation;
Experience in KOL/Influencer management is essential;
IMC experience is a plus.
