1. Channel Management:
- Lead account/channel trade plans to deliver business objectives within assigned budget
- Develop customer/ shopper insights & translate insights into business action to win sales & share
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure excellence in in-store execution
- In charge of channel P&L via controlling budget (contract term, rental & promotion) quarterly and yearly
- Work with
Trade Marketing Manager to conduct yearly channel audit
2. Category Management:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments to ensure forecasts align with demand while achieving business targets.
- Responsible for promotion & visibility strategy for NPD from planning, production to execution and evaluation.
- Perform detailed business analysis and propose solutions to address specific business challenges.
3. Customers & Sales Engagement:
- Coordinate and conduct sales briefings to disseminate information regarding new product launches and key activities to the sales team
- Periodical trade visit to explore shopper/ retailer insights for business planning
4. Administration:
- Work with GT Sales team & Sales Operation to make sure NPD deployment as plan
- Monitor and track trade spend and the implementation of visibility initiatives
- Perform monthly channel reviews and assess the effectiveness of key activities
- Track and analyze competitor activities and Nielsen performance on a monthly basis.
- Possess a university degree with a major in Economics or Business Administration.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within the GT channel.
- Experience in collaborating with sales teams (across levels) and familiar with retails audit term is an advantage.
- Proficient in spoken English.
- Project Management (experience in leading/implement activation, field marketing...).
- Proficient in computer skills, including presentation skill, data analysis (Power BI is a plus) and planning tools.
- Respect in business discipline.
