About the Job
The Automation and Robotization Engineer at LTD Material is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems with robotic solutions to improve productivity, quality, and safety across manufacturing and operational processes. This role involves programming, integrating, and optimizing industrial robots, PLC systems, and automation equipment to ensure reliable and efficient production operations.
II. Responsibilities
1. System Design & Implementation
• Design and develop automation and robotic systems for production processes.
• Specify, configure, and program PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and
develop feasible technical solutions.
2. Integration & Commissioning
• Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of automation and robot systems.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, conveyors, and control systems
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes for performance and reliability.
3. Continuous Improvement
• Analyze existing processes to identify areas for automation and efficiency
improvement.
• Implement process control enhancements and data-driven monitoring systems
4. Documentation & Training
• Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, operation manuals, and
safety procedures.
• Train maintenance and production teams on operation automated systems.
5. Vendor & Project Management
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers and system integrators for automation and robot projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and technical specifications during project execution.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics,
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in automation and robotics in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, etc.) and robot programming (ABB, etc.).
• Knowledge of control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine vision systems.
• Familiarity with Industrial Networks (Ethernet/IP, ProfNet, Modbus).
• Experience with CAD, SolidWorks, or other design software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask in a fast - paced environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail under time sensitive conditions
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
• Ability to work autonomously when given instructions and/or projects
