We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to take charge of the automation field to join our dynamic team at Laird Vietnam in Bac Ninh. This role involves supplying automated machine requirements and process specifications to enhance industrialization and optimize equipment performance.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Program, diagnose and resolve automation software issues related to PLC, HMI, SCADA/MES, and PC systems.
* Provide guidance in troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, control, and instrumentation faults.
* Design electrical cabinets.
* Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
* Establish and maintain effective preventative maintenance programs that ensure reliability and proper documentation.
* Conduct safety documentation for construction and maintenance services as required.
* Advise or recommend new or modified methods and equipment to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
* Awareness of working in an environment with high safety requirement standards.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
Required:
* Education Background: Graduated from university with a degree in Automation or
Electrical Engineering. Degrees in Industrial or other related engineering fields are also considered.
* Required Work Experience:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing automation. Experience in manufacturing maintenance is an advantage.
2. Proficient in PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, and Siemens). Familiarity with Servo systems, Vision controllers, and HMI systems is a plus.
3. Ability to design safety-performance electrical circuits.
* Proficiency in English Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Preferred:
* Possessing Lean manufacturing skill
* Experience with CCD , Vision camera system
* Proficient in C# , C+ , C++, visual programing
* Ability to communicate in Chinese.
