Job description
  • Find and build relationships with customers in industrial sectors: manufacturing, logistics, automotive, food and beverage, and more.
  • Advise on AGV, vision camera and automation systems that fit customer needs.
  • Work with the technical team to build solutions and quotations that meet customers' technical requirements.
  • Plan sales activity and achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Take part in project delivery, from product introduction to after-sales support.
  • Track market trends, analyze competitors and propose sales strategies.
  • Report progress and results to management regularly.
Requirements
  • Degree from a university or college in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling automation equipment, AGVs, vision cameras or similar industrial products is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automation systems (PLC, SCADA, robots, AGV, vision cameras, IoT and others) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to advise on technical solutions.

  • Base salary: VND 18,000,000 - 25,000,000 depending on experience and capability, plus revenue-based pay (uncapped income).

Working hours and location
