is looking for an
Automation Team Leader
to drive the design and delivery of industrial automation solutions.
In this role, you will lead a team of automation engineers and take technical ownership of projects involving factory automation, industrial control systems, and system integration for manufacturing clients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Automation Engineers in designing and implementing automation systems.
Define automation architecture and technical solutions for industrial projects.
Review and optimize PLC / HMI / SCADA software design.
2. Project Delivery
Participate in technical site surveys to understand system requirements and define automation solutions.
Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to develop technical proposals and BOMs.
Oversee software development, system integration, and commissioning at customer sites.
3. Engineering Excellence
Establish and improve engineering standards, documentation, and development processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
TECHNOLOGIES YOU MAY WORK WITH
PLC: Siemens, Mitsubishi, Rockwell
HMI / SCADA: WinCC, FactoryTalk, etc.
Industrial Communication: Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP
Factory Automation / Vision Systems / Robotics Integration
REQUIREMENT
5+ years of experience in Industrial Automation or Control Systems
Hands-on experience with PLC / HMI / SCADA programming
Experience delivering factory automation or production line integration projects
Proven ability to lead engineering teams or technical projects
Strong problem-solving and system analysis skills
Ability to read and communicate technical documentation in English
