Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a QA Automation Engineer to work on a contract basis. The role involves developing and maintaining automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks.
Execute test cases to identify defects and track resolutions through bug tracking systems.
Collaborate with developers to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
Recommend improvements to testing processes and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
