(SENIOR) B2B MARKETING ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

- WHAT DO YOU DO?
As a Marketing Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, webinars, and workshops aimed at companies and schools, targeting C-level executives, leaders, employees, and students. Your primary objective will be to drive engagement, generate leads, and create demand for the adoption of the ELSA English app within businesses and schools. To accomplish this, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, customer success, and other related departments. Your creativity, attention to detail, project management skills, and data-driven mindset will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event, webinar, and workshop strategy to engage potential customers, generate qualified leads, and promote the adoption of the ELSA English app.
- Collaborate with marketing and related departments to identify target audience segments, themes, and topics for events, webinars, and workshops.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, ensuring our events and webinars stand out in the market.
- Manage end-to-end event, webinar, and workshop planning, including budgeting, venue selection, agenda development, speaker coordination, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
- Ensure the quality of leads generated from these events and work with the marketing team to achieve conversion rate targets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create engaging event and webinar content, such as presentations, demonstrations, case studies, and interactive activities that highlight the benefits of the ELSA English app.
- Utilize relevant automation tools and platforms to promote events and webinars, manage registrations, track attendee engagement, and measure performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team to develop promotional materials, invitations, and post-event follow-up communications tailored to specific target audiences.
- Work closely with business development teams and sales representatives to ensure proper lead capture, follow-up, and integration of event and webinar leads into the sales pipeline.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of events, webinars, and workshops, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event marketing and webinar management to enhance the success of our engagement initiatives.
- Measure and report the performance of all campaigns, events, and webinars against goals and KPIs.
- Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the direct supervisor to achieve desired results for the department.
- WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in event planning, management, and execution, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of event marketing and webinar best practices, with a track record of successful lead generation, engagement, and demand creation.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools and platforms to manage event registrations, track attendee engagement, and measure performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative event, webinar, and workshop concepts that align with target audience preferences.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, error-free events, webinars, and workshops.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to ensure lead generation and conversion rate optimization from marketing engagement efforts.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, and fluency in Vietnamese is preferred (ideally scoring 80% or higher on the ELSA Speak Assessment Test).
