About the Role
We are looking for a B2C Growth team member to help drive user growth, traffic, engagement, and monetization across UrBox's B2C ecosystem.
You will work on initiatives such as Spending Companion and Reward Community, while exploring new digital and B2C journeys that can become scalable organic growth and revenue channels for UrBox.
This role is suitable for someone who is smart, logical, curious, and highly interested in understanding user behavior and building growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- B2C Growth Projects: Plan and execute projects related to Spending Companion, Reward Community, and other B2C initiatives.
- User Journey & Navigation: Design and optimize user journeys to guide users toward relevant categories, products, and services based on their needs and behaviors.
- User & Traffic Growth: Develop initiatives to grow users, traffic, engagement, and user activity across B2C channels.
- Monetization: Identify opportunities to convert user traffic and engagement into sustainable revenue streams for UrBox.
- Digital / B2C Channels: Develop and optimize digital and B2C journeys as new sales and distribution channels to drive organic growth.
- Growth Experimentation: Identify growth opportunities, design experiments, track performance, and continuously optimize based on data and user behavior.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, Data, Technology, and Business teams to launch and scale B2C growth initiatives.
- Market & Technology Exploration: Stay up to date with new technologies, digital trends, consumer behaviors, and growth models that can be applied to UrBox.
Requirements
- Strong logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems in a structured way.
- Proactive and curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies and digital trends.
- Strong interest in B2C growth, user behavior, digital products, and monetization.
- Experience in or exposure to B2C Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, or Consumer Products is preferred.
- Candidates who have previously worked on B2C projects, user growth initiatives, digital journeys, or consumer-facing products are highly preferred.
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and user insights to evaluate and optimize growth initiatives.
- Strong ownership, execution mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2C Growth / Growth Marketing projects.
- Experience working with consumer-facing digital products or platforms.
- Understanding of user acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.
- Familiarity with CRM, Loyalty, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Reward platforms.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools, user funnel analysis, and growth metrics.
