[Bac Ninh] Manufacturing Quality Assurance (Upto 94M gross)

We are supporting a global technology manufacturing brand in recruiting a MQA (Manufacturing Quality Assurance) to join a critical project at factory level.
📍 Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
💰 Salary: Up to VND 94M gross/month
📅 Contract: 12 months (Renewable in 2028)
🗓️ Expected Start Date: January 2027
🔎 Key Responsibilities
Conduct
in-line quality audits
covering manufacturing processes, product appearance, dimensions, color, and other quality requirements.
Work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Lead critical issue resolution at supplier sites and verify improvement effectiveness.
Monitor audit performance and prepare regular reports for overseas management.
Support supplier quality improvement and systematic process control initiatives.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 6 years of relevant working experience.
Chinese speaking skills and good English reading and writing abilities.
Strong experience in supplier quality management and manufacturing quality.
Experience in project management; people management experience is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of quality tools such as
8D, CPK, and GR&R,
as well as process and quality system audits.
Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes or cosmetic/surface finishing.
Experience within a leading global technology company's supply chain is preferred.
