Back End Developer

Position Title: BACK END DEVELOPER
Function: Technologies and Analytics
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work directly with customers to gather, clarify, and analyze business requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
Collaborate with customer-side and internal teams to deliver enterprise applications.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.
Participate in technical discussions, project planning, and daily team activities.
Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of applications.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and [protected info]
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MSSQL.
Experience with REST APIs, system integration, and backend architecture.
Familiarity with Docker/Podman, NGINX, Git, and Linux environments.
Experience with low-code/integration platforms such as DirectUS, N8N, Superset, Power Automate
Experience working with AI-assisted development tools for coding, code review, and productivity enhancement.
Understanding of software design principles, clean code, and testing practices.
Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
English communication is a plus.
